The Phazer Lightbar Configurator helps you build, preview, and document a custom Phazer LED lightbar configuration. Use the configurator to select lightbar length, lens colour, wire options, mounting hardware, enable wires, flash patterns, and other available features.
Once your configuration is complete, the configurator can be used to review the selected functions, preview lightbar behaviour, and generate a configuration PDF for ordering or reference.
Use the online configurator to build and review a Phazer lightbar configuration directly in your browser. This is the quickest option for creating a new configuration or producing a PDF for review.

Launch Online ConfiguratorThe Windows desktop version can be used to configure Phazer lightbars and, where supported, program settings on an existing lightbar.
The configurator includes a preview mode that allows selected lightbar functions to be simulated before ordering. This helps confirm function placement, lens colour, and flash behaviour.
The on-screen preview is intended as a visual guide only and may not exactly represent real-life light output, flash timing, or appearance.
When installing the Windows version, Microsoft SmartScreen may display a warning because the application is not recognised by Windows.
Only continue if the installer was downloaded from the official Grote or Star Safety Technologies product page. If your company manages software installation through an IT department, contact your administrator before proceeding.
