How should I change the wiring for turn signal switch 48272 to make it appropriate for a 6v. Positive Ground vehicle?

Grote's Answer

A Turn Signal Switch is just a collection of mechanical gates and are not polarity sensitive. In this case, this switch has an indicator bulb, which is incandescent and also not polarity sensitive.

So, in relation to the wiring for the switch it should not require any changes, since it is just a matter of continuity. The issue is going to be in the Flasher Relay. You will need to find a Flasher Relay that will work on 6V and on Positive ground.
