What is the difference between lumens and raw lumens?

Grote's Answer

(Effective) Lumens = the light output that a lamp produces after it has been on for 30 minutes.

Raw Lumens = the maximum amount of lumens that each LED diode can produce times the number of diodes in the lamp.

Instant-on Lumens = the light output that is produced the instant the LED lamp is turned on. The most effective measurement to use is effective.
