What does the Class Rating on the Strobes mean and which one is the brightest?

Grote's Answer

Class I is the brightest and is required on any Vehicles that may be required to travel faster than the Speed Limit or against Traffic.

Class II is recommended for vehicles that will always be traveling “with” traffic and at the same rate of speed, as well as for stationary applications on highway use.

Class III is used mostly indoors for Material Handling and to mark areas for Caution.
