On a big 53′ semi-trailer, at the rear, which lights (S/T/T) can be combined?

Grote's Answer

Any Commercial Trailer lighting system would have separate Stop and Turn circuits, therefore it will always be necessary to have separate Stop/Tail and a Turn/Tail lights. They cannot be combined.

That being said, there may be some Straight body trucks that have combined Stop/Turn and would require only 1 lamp on each side, but you would never see that on a Commercial trailer of any length.
