I have an Oval LED Strobe lamp that has 5396 on the back. I purchased the 53963 but it does not strobe.

Grote's Answer

"When developing the 77363 LED Strobe Lamp, we used the same 5396 housing to make the Strobe. They will just need to return for the 77363."
