I have an old 2 x 6 Lamp that has 5286 on it and 9213 on the lens.

Grote's Answer
"That is the original version of our Sentry Lamps. These were originally bulb and lens replaceable and used a 570 or 571 bulb. GE discontinued those bulbs and we had to redesign the lamps around 1999. The new design became a Sealed Lamp with different bulbs. The current versions would be: 53062 Red Side Marker 2 Pin 53063 Amb Side Marker/Turn 3 Pin LED equivalent is 53493 - 3 pin 53163 Amb Side Marker w/Black Base 2 Pin 54012 Red High Mount Stop Lamp 2 Pin"
