Grote Taking Theft Out of the LED Equation

Stainless or Polycarbonate Snap in Flanges Protect Investment

Madison, IN (September 15, 2006) Grote Industries reports that the new snap-in, theft-resistant flange for its 4" round LED lamps has become one of the most popular accessories in its LED (light emitting diode) line of stop, tail and turn lamps.

Available in stainless steel and tough polycarbonate (gray, black or chrome), these flanges are perfect for cost conscious fleets that want to upgrade to LED lighting, but are concerned about the replacement cost as a result of theft.

This versatile snap-in flange is held in place by locking tabs (as opposed to the standard screw holes) that saves installers time with quick and easy installation. The installation requires no drilling. Locking tabs on the exterior of the flange snap the flange into place on the trailer, locking it into place and keeping it from being pulled out of the hole.

These theft resistant additions are designed to complement Grote’s extensive assortment of security conscious flanges in the 2", 2.5" and 4" incandescent lamps.

The new snap in flanges ... available in black, chrome and gray... are not designed to fit incandescent lamps.  Because this flange cannot be removed easily, it is recommended that it be used only with long lasting LED lighting, like the Grote SuperNova® LED line.
