Grote Ties Up Cable Installation, Identification Simplify Time-Consuming Maintenance with 3 New Approaches Madison, IN (September 25, 2005) – Grote Industries has announced the addition of three new approaches to help take some of the hassle out of tying up wiring and cables. These general purpose nylon ties can absorb or release moisture, promoting longer life span. All are made in the USA. Additionally, they will absorb vibration and insulate cables from abrasion. Using proper ties prevents kinking and curling of wires. The three new offerings will ease maintenance confusion by expanding the possibilities for positioning and giving the ability to color code various cable routings. The new products include: · Colored Nylon Cable Tie Assortment Pack (83-6514)… Contains 10 each of blue, green, orange, red and yellow 50# rated general purpose nylon ties. · Low Profile Cable Ties…These ties feature reduced connector head height, which increases safety, since it eliminates snags, cuts and abrasions. Since there are no sharp tail cutoffs (the remaining tail slips back into head), there are no exposed sharp edges. These ties feature a tamper proof pawl, which is located under the tie’s head, making it inaccessible when bundled. These ties are ideally suited for situations with confined spaces, control panels, marine hoses, construction equipment and appliances.
Dual Clamp Ties provide protection from abrasion and curling of wires. Ideal for wire harnesses and under-hood wiring Grote Industries is one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of vehicle safety systems and is QS-9000, ISO-14001 and TS-16949 certified.
