Grote Donates GAAS Scholarships Madison, IN (October 25, 2004) - To continue to show their commitment to education and training, Grote Industries will donate three scholarships to the Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium in the spring of 2005. These scholarships are designed for students who wish to pursue careers in the automotive aftermarket.
The Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium is an educational two-day conference that meets every year. The purpose is to bring together various industry executives to examine the issues and trends affecting the automotive aftermarket industry and influencing its future. All of the net proceeds from the event go toward funding industry scholarships.
"The aftermarket is always in need of skilled and educated young workers, so we are happy to help those students who want to pursue a career in our industry," said Grote Chairman Bill Grote. "Donating these scholarships will be an excellent way to give back to the community and help shape our future industry leaders."
