Grote Named Master of Quality by Freightliner for Second Year

Grote Industries, a leading manufacturer and marketer of vehicle safety system products, has received the 2002 Masters of Quality award from Freightliner Corporation. Grote was one of only 60 companies selected from hundreds currently supplying Freightliner to receive the award, which recognizes Freightliner suppliers for quality excellence. Grote supplies lighting system products, including headlamps, turn signal switches, clearance/marker lamps, stop/tail/turn lamps and mirrors for Freightliner vehicles.

Freightliner suppliers are evaluated semi-annually for the annual Masters of Quality award. They are judged on more than 100 criteria, including: delivery, sales and technical support, quality, engineering, service, aftermarket parts availability, product training, warranty, purchasing and marketing.
