Our Web site, www.grote.com, has a new look. It’s quicker and easier to move through the new site to find exactly the products and technical information you need, while having your questions answered immediately by Grote personnel (during business hours).

“The Web site is the first place people go to find information about Grote and our products,” says Chris Cammack, brand manager. “The new site design is streamlined and simplified. The left side of a page gives customers key words for what’s available within a specific section. The right side shows what might be of interest within the section.”

The product catalog section is updated weekly and provides direct links to new product descriptions and images. The competitive interchange section allows customers to type in a competitor’s product number to find the equivalent Grote product.

The new and improved technology section provides more technical information and details about the Grote Know-How program. Fleets now have an entire section devoted specifically to their needs. In this section, you can find answers to technical questions and past information from the “Ask the Expert” feature of G-Forces. Other features include a return on investment (ROI) calculator and an educational area.

Another new feature of Grote.com is a live help section. When you have questions, get them answered immediately by Grote experts through this live help section from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EDT.
